Experience
Proven experience in: 3+ years of proven experience in creative strategy or copywriting; Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and digital marketing; Skilled at crafting storyboards and adapting brand voice to resonate with a wide range of audiences;

Responsabilities
Delivering ads on Meta and TikTok that convert is our bread & butter, so you’ll be developing the creative strategy and overseeing production to help achieve acquisition targets for our clients. More precisely, you are the brain of these ads. You’re the director of the ads. Ideas start from you. Dig deep into customer psychology. Identify potential buyer personas and their main pain points. Research & dig into data Analyze trends, behaviors, and competitor ads to guide smart creative calls; Use real ad performance data to fuel better concepts; Stay fluent in what’s working (and what’s not) on Meta & TikTok. Storyboards & scripts Craft storyboards & scripts aligned with each client’s brand identity, voice & values; Write ad copy for static, video & carousel formats on Meta & Tiktok; Develop hooks, pacing, and storytelling focused on performance. Collaborate with the post-production team Partner with editors, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life; Give crisp, strategic feedback that levels up every asset; Iterate fast, test often, and tweak based on both performance data and client feedback. Stay ahead of the algorithm Experiment with new creative trends and formats before they’re mainstream; Keep evolving through webinars, trainings, and good old-fashioned curiosity; Share insights with the team and keep raising the bar on what great direct-response ads look like.
